Customer Service Advisor

Role:

Contis are recruiting Temp to Perm Customer Service Advisors to join their rapidly expanding team.  The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service, advice and support on behalf of the company’s clients

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Ensure all calls are answered quickly, politely and efficiently
  • Keep accurate records of all discussions with customers using the company’s software
  • Liaise between customers and other departments
  • Assist in resolving complaints, escalating the issue to the Customer Service Team Leader where appropriate
  • General administrative duties.

 

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

  • Educated to GCSE standard, including mathematics & English
  • PC literate in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Experience of data entry within complex databases

Role:

Contis are recruiting for a Customer Service Support Advisor with strong organisational skills to join their rapidly growing team.  The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support, customer service advice and support on behalf of the company’s clients.

  • First line support for customer services and existing clients
  • General administrative duties
  • Support for internal departments, notably Compliance and Accounts
  • Data inputting
  • Card production, including stock control

Compliance Audit Officer

Role:

Contis Group is recruiting for a Compliance Audit Officer reporting to the Compliance Director with specific responsibility for client approval and audit.

Responsibilities will include audit of client AML and compliance processes, ensuring clients are operating in accordance with their agreed policies and regulatory rules, assisting in training of new clients and annual training of current clients, assisting in developing AML policies for specific client groups and the company as a whole, identify risks in the client processes, fraud analysis and general support and cover in the compliance department. UK and European travel is a requirement of the job.

We are a specialist provider of international end-to-end payment solutions for prepaid, gift and eMoney schemes and processing.  Based in a central Skipton location, and with an operation in India, Contis has clients across the UK, Europe and Worldwide.

 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Audit 3rd party clients to ensure they are administering their agreed AML policies in line with Group requirements.
  • Produce a full report for Compliance Director on each client audit.
  • Support clients in developing enhancements to their AML processes through evaluation of the risks and current processes.
  • Conduct due diligence on third party clients during on-boarding process and regularly review clients due diligence status.
  • Produce AML guidelines for specific client markets.
  • Provide advice and support to clients and internal staff on AML regulation, processes and procedures.
  • Keep up to date with changes in AML regulation, KYC processes and developments in the market.
  • Make recommendations to enhance in-house AML and KYC processes.
  • Act as main liaison point for Client queries on AML processes.
  • Carry out additional ad-hoc tasks or projects as may be required by Management and specifically the Compliance Director from time-to-time.
  • Job is office based in Skipton but will require an average of 1-2 days travel per week.

 

Skills and Knowledge required

  • Previous compliance experience focused on AML processes within Financial Services.
  • Experience of dealing directly with business clients.
  • Graduate with Diploma in Compliance, AML or Financial Crime Prevention qualification is desirable
  • The right candidate must be well organised, work well as part of a team, take ownership and drive to achieve results.
