Every card has its own unique card number, account number and sort code attached to it and this allows all cardholders to have funds loaded onto their account via any UK banking facility. This functionality means that regular payments such as salary or benefits and payments from family and friends can be paid directly onto the card account. The inbound funds transfer also facilitates load by faster payment, enabling payments to be processed in hours rather than days.
Cardholders can also use their online account to make BACS and CHAPS payments. BACS payments take 3 working days as long as they are processed by the customer before 5pm. CHAPS are guaranteed same day as long as they are processed by the customer before 2.30pm (fees applicable). Within the online account facility, a cardholder has the ability to set up standing orders and these can be daily, weekly, monthly, four weekly or any specific day of the month.

By logging into their online account by using the username and password provided, cardholders can complete the following tasks:
- Check the current balance
- View your recent transactions
- View all your statements
- Update your contact information
- Transfer money
- Send money by email
- Request money by email
- Set up standing orders
